My LugLoc LED light always shows red after pressing the system check button. I have fully charged.

The system check button helps you to confirm if your LugLoc is registered to a GSM network. If you are getting a red light it means you are not registered. Please make sure at your current location you have a good cellular signal. If not please try to take the LugLoc with you to a different location and turn it ON. Wait for 5 minutes and press the system check button again. If you are still having a red light please open a ticket with our Support team
