I just received LugLoc and battery is not charging?

Make sure the LugLoc is in the ON position (switch is down). Please charge your device to a wall power source. In case the battery does not charge, try a different cable and power-brick. If the battery is still not charging and you don't see any lights we have a little workaround.

Please charge your device in OFF mode for 24 straight hours then turn it ON while still being charged. You should see a red LED blinking light that means the LugLoc is being charged or a green steady light that confirms the LugLoc is fully charged.
